Time that fits your work
Listening time includes silence. Replies generated while listening use the same timer. A typed reply uses its generation time, rounded up to the next second.

Private to your accountHow bonus minutes work
Rewards follow a verified paid plan or minute pack that meets the saved minimum, within the invite’s purchase deadline. Signup, free trials, gifts and failed payments do not earn a reward. Each accepted invite can earn one reward pair.
After the waiting period, both rewards are credited together, subject to the inviter’s monthly limit. The limit counts reward pairs released in each UTC calendar month, including later reversals. A pair above the limit is not carried forward. Accepted invites keep their reward amounts and deadlines when settings change or new referrals pause; the current monthly limit applies when rewards are released.
Bonus minutes expire, have no cash value and do not grant paid priority by themselves. Refunds, disputes or an owner cancellation remove unused referral bonuses from both accounts. Used time stays in the audit history; unrelated trial and purchased minutes are not deducted. Referral activity does not reveal your friend’s email or payment details.

OWNER WORKSPACE
Your business at a glance.
Revenue is captured payment value, before refunds and payment fees. API estimates are in USD and include conservative reservations for incomplete replies. These are separate currencies, not a profit calculation.
Capacity & load
Control how many accounts can use AI at the same time.
Loading capacity…
Paid priority, without interruptions
Active, unused minutes from a verified plan payment or minute pack qualify. Pending, refunded, expired or exhausted purchases do not. Eligibility is checked on the server when a session starts.
The default reserve is two slots, reduced when needed to leave one shared slot. Existing meetings can finish. Priority helps session admission; it does not guarantee a free slot or faster AI responses.
Increase with evidence
Start with the current limit. After upgrading, test a small increase with realistic meetings and check reply speed, errors and server load before accepting more users.
The 1–100 range is an admin setting, not a measured server capacity. This panel does not run a paid load test or increase your hosting resources.
Understanding these measurements
CPU is for the service process: 100% means one CPU core. Memory is the service process RSS. Event-loop delay measures how quickly the service can handle work; it does not measure AI provider latency.
Slots include sessions connecting to a provider. Audio and text counts can overlap. Peaks and refused starts reset when the service restarts. HTTP requests, provider quotas, container memory and API budgets have separate limits.

No API account to manage.
Customers sign in to MeetCue. The service handles transcription and replies without asking them to manage API billing.
Check the important details.
AI can make mistakes. Review amounts, names and suggested replies before using them. The calculator checks arithmetic for the inputs it receives.
Pause when you’re done.
Click Stop listening to end the audio timer. If your balance runs out, the service stops and you choose whether to top up.
